We want you to love your Via Moscato pieces. Our size-adjustable designs are intentionally created to fit a wide range of bodies, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
Due to the nature of our designs and limited production quantities, we are unable to accept returns that fall outside of these guidelines.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide. Please note:
• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all international returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory and one-of-a-kind production.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order once your refund is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
• Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as Via Moscato is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Via Moscato specializes in size-adjustable clothing designed to fit multiple body types. Detailed fit guides, videos, and measurements are provided on each product page to help ensure the best fit possible.
