Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time for production. These timelines will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States and free shipping on orders over $75.

Print-On-Demand & Made-to-Order Items
Some products (like our ready-to-wear tees and slogan apparel) are made-to-order through our print partners.
This helps us reduce waste and ensure each piece is made just for you.

Expect an additional 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

You may receive separate packages if your order contains both print-on-demand and handmade items.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
If you are outside the U.S. and would like to order, please contact us at viam.elevateagency@gmail.com — we may be able to accommodate special requests.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you haven’t received your tracking email after 5 business days, please contact us at viam.elevateagency@gmail.com with your order number.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses.
We always recommend double-checking your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
We cannot replace or refund items marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
